Hong Kong & Taiwan 港台: jewelers often use the international circumference (港度) or a numeric scale close to the Japan 号 column. If unsure, just tell us your circumference in mm. ／ 香港・台湾では内周（港度）または日本の号数に近い数値が使われます。
How to Measure at Home ｜ ご自宅での測り方
Method 1 — Measure a ring you already own. Place a ring that fits on a ruler and measure the inner diameter in mm, then match it to the "Inner diameter" column above. ／ 方法1：お持ちのリングで測る。ぴったり合うリングの内径(mm)を定規で測り、上表の「内径」列と照合してください。
Method 2 — Measure your finger. Wrap a strip of paper or string around the base of your finger, mark where it overlaps, and measure the length in mm — that is your circumference. ／ 方法2：指で測る。紙テープや紐を指の付け根に巻き、重なった点に印をつけて長さ(mm)を測ります。これが内周です。
- Measure at the end of the day when fingers are largest. ／ 指がむくみやすい夕方の測定がおすすめです。
- For wide bands, size up by half a size. ／ 幅広のリングは0.5サイズ上げてください。
- Measure 2–3 times for accuracy. ／ 正確を期すため2〜3回測定してください。
